Services
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of early childhood experiences. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, process emotions, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're struggling with past trauma, attachment wounds, or everyday stress, therapy can be a space for healing and self-discovery. I utilize EMDR, CPT, ACT, CBT, and somatic interventions, among other modalities, but tailor my work to the individual client.
Offering telehealth sessions throughout Oregon and Washington. I also offer in-person sessions at my Portland office.
Relationship stress can take a real toll - communication breaks down, small issues feel bigger, and it’s easy to feel stuck or disconnected. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
I primarily use the Gottman Method, an evidence‑based approach that helps partners strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through conflict with more clarity and care. Together, we focus on building trust, deepening understanding, and creating patterns that support a healthier, more resilient relationship.
Serving Oregon and Washington
I provide immigration psychological evaluations, also known as mental health evaluations, for a range of immigration cases, including:
Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601/I-601A)
Cancellation of Removal
Asylum
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
U-Visa and T-Visa cases
These evaluations can be a vital part of your immigration case. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am trained and experienced in conducting clinical assessments to document the psychological impact of immigration-related hardship and trauma.
While I am based in Portland, I offer services to clients across Oregon and Washington through secure telehealth sessions. As a bilingual therapist, I provide evaluations in both English and Spanish, and approach this work with cultural humility, compassion, and a trauma-informed perspective.
